    • Training Classes
    • Friday Reception
    • Saturday meals
  • Meal Tickets:
    • Tickets will be required for all meals.
    • Additional tickets for guests may be purchased. Enter number during registration.
    • For children under 8 years old, please contact the office on (602) 544-2600.
  • Cancellation:
    • No refunds for cancellations after May 12, 2019.
    • A $50 cancellation fee applies to cancellations (must be in writing) prior to May 12. 2019.

  • Hotel Room Reservations:
    • Reservations are to be made direct with Wild Horse Pass & Casino on (800) 946-4452.
    • Room rates are $85 + tax (Single/Double).
    • Must tell the hotel the booking is under the Automotive Service Association of Arizona.
